The concentration was above 200ppm. 100ppm solution was prepared by the staff during inspection.Ensure the required 100ppm chlorine sanitizer concentration is maintained. Use the test strips at the facility to measure the concentration.

- Disposable cup with no handle was being used to portion sugar in a dry storage container. The scoop was discarded by the staff during inspection.Ensure proper scoops with handles are used to portion food items at the facility to prevent contamination.

- The chlorine sanitizer in the bucket was measured at 0ppm, Sanitizer was replaced and measured at 100ppm. Cleaning cloth at the coffee station waas being reused without sanitizer spray or immersion between use. Ensure cleaning clothes are sanitized by immersing them in sanitizer in between use.

- - Food debris was observed on the meat slicer, ensure slicer is sanitized after each use and taken apart for complete washing and sanitizing after every 4 hours of contionous use.
