- Observation(s): Large walk in cooler found was at 7°C during inspection, however, no potentially hazardous foods (PHF, perishable foods) were stored inside, just probiotics, or products that do not require refrigeration - there is no need adjust the walk in cooler unless PHFs are stored inside. Reach in display cooler was at 10°C - the only PHF in this cooler was cheese; operator moved the cheese to the open display cooler that was at 4°C. Please do not store PHFs in any cooler that is not maintaining 4°C.
