      • Observation(s): Specific risk material (SRM) was stored in the walk in freezer in plastic bags. The bags were not sealed at the time of inspection. There is a risk for cross contamination between SRM material and other meat products. SRM materials must be properly sealed and double bagged to prevent cross contamination. This infraction was resolved within 24 hours. All SRM are now properly sealed and doubled bagged.

It was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with amazing flavor. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was, and we received so many compliments on the food. The team had everything ready exactly when they said they would, making the pickup process easy and stress-free. Their quality, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. If you're looking for incredible smoked meat for a special event, I can't recommend Grandby Meat Company enough. They exceeded our expectations and were worth every penny. Thank you for helping make our wedding meal so memorable!
