The operator was instructed to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for proper use and storage, test the solution daily with test strips, and record the results in the disinfectant log.

      • Several nail polishes were identified without ingredient lists or manufacturer instructions. Operator removed all those nail polishes from client service area. All cosmetic products must be clearly labeled with a complete list of ingredients and appropriate usage guidelines.
