      • The Samosa's were stored in cardboard box directly. Please have food stored in food safe containers/packaging.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Prep cooler was at 5C, digital thermometer was present. Chest freezer was at -23C No food was stored inside both units.A probe thermometer was present and operationalInside the garage, the chest freezer was at <0C. The stainless steel cold holding unit was missing a thermometer. The Coca Cola cooler was for private use only - place a proper sign to indicate so.

      • Two compartment sink and hand sink took about 30 mins for hot water to arrive. Cold water was present.Water sample bottle was provided to operator. Please submit water sample as soon as possible.

      • Light inside the unit was operational.A leak was present underneath the hand wash sink

      • Both cutting boards (the long one for the prep cooler and the smaller one) were stained and was in poor repair. Please repair or replace. It needs to be smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean and in good repair.
