      • Several pre sterilized needles and tattoo ink bottles were past their expiration date.Operator advised that expired needles and ink will be used for practicing on fake skin only.** Ensure to check expiry dates often, especially prior to providing service.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • One of the head spa rooms has a wooden plank surface underneath the head spa basin and bed. ** Ensure the wooden plank surface has a non-porous finish/cover.
