     • The concentration of the CS20 for disinfecting nail instruments was 0ppm. Operator indicated that she's been discarding the solution daily. This was corrected during inspection by changing the solution. Please ensure staff are discarding the solution daily and ensure cleaned nail instruments are thoroughly dried before placing into the disinfectant solution.
