A temperature of 8 C was recorded near the sliding door, while 5 C was recorded further inside the cooler.Please adjust the cooler temperature and ensure the sliding door seals properly to maintain safe cold‑holding temperatures.

- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- There was no sanitizer bucket prepared. Additionally, cleaning cloths were left on the preparation surfaces. Staff corrected this during the inspection and prepared and bleach and water sanitizer. Cleaning cloths were then placed in the bucket. Staff were reminded that when cleaning cloths are not in use, they must be placed in the sanitizer bucket.

- Staff member's cell phone and earbuds were observed on a cutting board. The cell phone and earbuds were moved during the inspection.

- An oven thermometer was being used in the front display cooler. Please obtain a refrigerator thermometer and remove the oven thermometer from the display cooler.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The back hand sink was blocked by a chair, and had a tray covering the sink. Additionally, there was no soap in the dispenser. Staff corrected this during the inspection and stocked the hand sink with soap. The chair and try were moved to a different location as well.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- One of the floor tiles close to the stove was significantly cracked. Food debris/dirt was observed in all of the cracked areas. Please replace the damaged floor tile.
