      • 1. Stars Grade 1 and up room: Cleaning chemicals were stored inside the bathroom cabinet.The chemicals were removed during the inspection.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. There was debris noted inside one of the sink cabinets in the Kinder room.Staff cleaned the cabinet during the inspection.2. The lids for the sensory play tables in the Kinder room are damaged in the corners.Please repair the sensory table lids. Ensure the repairs completed are safe for children.
    • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • 1. The bleach sanitizer measured 500 ppm when tested in the Stars Grade 1 and up classroom.New bleach solution was mixed during the inspection. It measured 200 ppm.
