      • The facility was not adequately washing and disinfecting toys. The three-bucket method must be implemented to clean and disinfect the toys. 1. Wash the toys in soap and water, scrubbing the surfaces. 2. Rinse in clean water. 3. Disinfect in an approved sanitizer by submerging the toys for at least 1 minute.

      • The washroom handwashing sinks measured a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. Ensure that the water temperature at handwashing sinks accessible to the children have a maximum temperature of 54 degrees Celsius, recommended to set the temperature to 49 degrees Celsius.
