      • Electrical issue caused the standing cooler to not maintain temperature (measured at 10-12C). Contractor fixed the issue and the temperature was dropping at time of inspection.
    • 21. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
      • Sump pump broke and wastewater tank was overfilling/leaking wastewater. Was being fixed during inspection.
