- Observation(s): 1) Observed the paper towel dispenser behind the main bar to be located approximately 8-10ft from the handwashing station. Please relocate the paper towel dispenser to the immediate vicinity of the handwashing station to allow for convenient access during handwashing. 2) Observed the handwashing station behind the shooter bar to be missing paper towels.
