      • Observation(s): Gap under door, light coming through. Corrective Action: Replace weather stripping. Gap under door could allow for entry of pests.
      • F2.2B The premises must be protected against entry of pests.
    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): Dishwasher not been used since summer rental. Dishwasher not functioning properly. Water not filling/spraying into dishwasher. Corrective Action: Contact a commercial dishwasher repair/maintenance company to inspect dishwasher. Ensure water and detergent properly discharging into unit. Ensure temperature reaching 82°C (180°F) for the final rinse cycle. Dishwasher must be running properly before next rental. Food preparation surface sanitizer expired May 2019. Corrective Action: Obtain new sanitizer appropriate for food surfaces. Ensure regular checks of expiration dates. Ensure sanitizer bottles are regularly changed to ensure proper concentrations. Note: COVID-19 disinfectant not appropriate for food preparation surfaces.
      • F2.3A Mechanical dishwasher/glasswasher must provide sufficient washing and sanitizing action to remove contamination.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
