      • Written procedures for cleansing of skin, client care in case of accidental cuts and punctures, and contamination of dual purpose were not available.The operator was advised to develop the required written procedures.

      • -The operator was using tweezers for removing in-grown hair. The used tweezers were being disinfected using alcohol.-The operator was advised to acquire a high-level disinfectant to disinfect semi-critical tools. -The operator voluntarily chose to discontinue the use of tweezers.
    • 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
      • - Handwashing is occurring at a sink used for equipment reprocessing. Ensure that there is a separate sink available for reprocessing tools or a written procedures is developed for a dual-purpose sink.
