- Scoops in the shredded cheese had handles in contact with the food. This is a cross contamination hazard.Operator moved the scoops to an empty container during the inspection.

- Pizza cutting knives were left on the cutting boards with food debris left on them. Knives need to be cleaned between uses. They should be properly cleaned and sanitized when it is not busy, not just at a 4 hour interval.
