      • Scoop left in the bulk sugar container with the handle in contact with the sugar. This is a cross-contamination risk.

      • Spray bottle in the kitchen with the bleach/water solution for sanitizing is not labeled correctly. Ensure all containers with chemicals are labeled to indicate contents.

      • Facility does not have chlorine test strips to check sanitizer concentration. Test strips must be obtained and used to check sanitizer concentration. April 23, 2025 - No test strips were available at the time of inspection.

      • Outlet cover missing from the electrical outlet on the wall next to the refrigerator. Electrical outlet cover must be installed.The range hood is not working. The range hood must be repaired.

      • 1. The shelving in the storage room has damaged shelf edges. The shelving must be refinished or replaced. The metal shelving units on casters would provide more storage options and be more durable. 2. Cupboard doors in the kitchen have detached and missing edging that will allow water to penetrate the doors. This also interferes with adequate cleaning of the doors. Cupboard doors must be repaired or replaced. 3. There is a piece of baseboard missing just inside the kitchen entrance. Missing baseboard must be replaced.
