      • Expired food color was found in the facility.Staff on-site discarded the expired food color, as instructed by the PHI.

      • Scoops used for dry storage containers were totally submerged in food.Some of the food bags were not properly sealed.Staff took the scoops out of the storage containers and stored them appropriately.Food bags were sealed to prevent any contamination.

      • Walls, floors, equipment, cooking and storage area in the facility had buildup of dust, food spills and grease.Make sure that all the indicated areas are extensively cleaned, decluttered and reorganized.
