      • Cleaning cloths were not being stored in a sanitizer solution when not in use.

      • -frozen meat products were being reheated in the autosham-staff directed to reheat food in the microwave or stovetop as it will take too long to reheat in the autosham and temperatures may not reach required 74C.

      • Dishwasher was not dispensing sanitizer. It was noted that chlorine solution attached to dishwasher was used up. Chemicals replaced, machine primed, and machine tested to be at 100ppm. Operator was instructed to ensure that the dishwasher is tested daily and chemicals checked regularly
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • More staff required to complete food safety training

      • Paper towel was not available in the staff washroom upstairs. Paper towels were not accessible at the sink in the bar.
