- Written procedures for skin preparation for cleansing skin and client care in an event of an accident cut/puncture are not available for review. - 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
- Bactine (antiseptic) used for skin cleansing process was expired since June 2024.- Operator was asked to remove the expired product from the workstation.

- Sterile water was being poured into plastic squeeze bottle to dilute the inks.- Water was not being kept sterile at point of use.- Operator was informed to stop this practice and keep water sterile at point of use.
- 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
- Ink was spilled in a drawer at the left side workstation during the inspection.- Operator was informed about the issue and asked to remove dirty linens from the drawer.
