- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Dish rack stored directly on the floor (Public Health Significance) This can cause contamination of clean utensils when stored in it, as the racks maybe contaminated by physical, chemical or biological agents when stored on the floor
- Corrective Action: Rack was removed from the floor, washed and sanitized in dishwasher and stored off the floor
- 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Light cover broken with sharp edges (Public Health Significance) Broken pieces can cause physical contamination of food
- Corrective Action: Operator removed the cover to reduce immediate hazard and new replacement will be put in place
