- 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
- Observation: The three compartment sinks, microwave are dirty and with food remnants in them (Public Health significance) The food remnants can serve as food for the growth and multiplication of microbes.
- Corrective Action: Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitize after each event, and add it the cleaning of the kitchen in the cleaning schedule even not in use.
- 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
- Observation: temperature of the coke cooler was 5.5-6 C and above the regulatory requirement of 4 C. This can make the cold food stored during events to be in danger zone
- Corrective Action: Check the unit and ensure it maintains the temperature of 4 C or colder
