      • Fail to provide and use low and intermediate-level disinfectants with a Health Canada drug identification number (DIN) or natural product number (NPN).     • Approved sharps container provided and sharps/sharps container disposed in appropriate manner

      • Operator/PSW must follow the proper cleaning and disinfection or sterilization procedure as per the “Cleaning, Disinfection & Sterilization Flowchart” provided by the health department.
