      • Hand sink in the dishwashing area was not equipped with soap. CDI: restocked. Note, the kitchen has several other hand wash stations that were fully stocked. Hand sink in the student dish pit area was in disrepair (sensor broken). Management stated a work order has been submitted.

      • The weatherstripping on the double doors in the back area is damaged. Please repair it so that no light is visible from the inside.

      • A gap was observed at the bottom of the double-doors near the dry storage area. Ensure the indicated gap is sealed to help prevent pests from entering the facility.

      • There is some water pooling under the drain of the two-compartment dishwashing sink in the baking area.

      • A buildup of what appeared to be mold was observed on the walk-in cooler shelving. Ensure the indicated shelving is cleaned and sanitized.
