      • Clean and sanitize the areas contaminated by rodent droppings, to include: The deli kitchen area and shelving, the bread display area, receiving produce storage refrigerator, receiving dry storage area (onions), receiving grocery room, and the butcher refrigerator.

      • Clean the dust build-up on the ceiling of the receiving dairy walk-in refrigerator. Clean the mold growth on the wall of the seafood walk-in refrigerator. Clean the floor of the seafood walk-in refrigerator.
    • 29(2)(b) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (b) insects, rodents and other pests are controlled;
      • Clean the receiving area to remove food items for rodents.

      • The weather stripping for the loading doors are damaged. Repair or replace the weather stripping to prevent access for pests into the loading area.
