      • Spoon was stored in stagnant water. Water was measured at 28 degrees C. Store spoon in ice water (at 4 degrees C or below) or in hot water ( 60 degrees C or higher)

      • Coffee station sink waste pipe was leaking. Water and stains noted on the pipes and shelves underneath the sink. Fix the leak.

      • Paint was peeling off the wooden storage shelves. Manager stated that this will be address during renovation.Refinish the storage shelves.
