- Mouse droppings were observed along the wall by the TV in the cafeteria. Professionally inspect, treat, and eradicate mice. Remove mouse droppings with 1000 ppm bleach solution. Send an updated professional pest control report to the undersigned PHI for assessment. A re-inspection of the school will be conducted to ensure compliance.
