      • Observation: Number of droppings observed in side premise significantly improved. Pest control company continues to come in once per month. Though several mouse droppings found in cabinets directly under self serve coffee area. Large access hole in wall directly behind this area observed with rodent grease trail on/around it indicating the mice are using this as an access point.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean up all mouse droppings and sanitize area
      • 2) Block hole behind self serve coffee area with something that is pest proof (ex: metal plate).

      • Observation: Back storage room still full of items, many that are no longer in use and not required for operation. This room is difficult to move through and even more difficult to clean with the amount of items in this room. Mouse droppings observed in this room as well. This was noted in the previous inspection report but not corrected within the time frame given.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clear out this back room, removing all items that are no longer required for operation. Owner/operator stated that he needs until the end of June to complete this - ok.
      • **Continued non-compliance in this area may result in increased enforcement such as orders or ticketing ($230 fine per day infraction continues)**

      • Observation: Significant improvement made in cleaning and removal of droppings from last inspection. However still many droppings still found and require cleaning.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas where mouse droppings are found including (but not limited to):
      • - behind ATM and length of wall where ATM is located
      • - under display units on isle end caps
      • - under chocolate bar display along entire front till area
      • - around/under shelving in center of store (M&M display, red bull cooler, takis display unit, etc).

Pest control company currently under contract for monthly services.
      • Corrective Action(s): Give premise a very deep clean, pulling out all food equipment and packages of food, removing all droppings and sanitizing all areas where mouse droppings are found. Dishwashing sign provided for sanitizer options.
