     • Observation: Mouse droppings found in multiple locations in back brewery area. Gap under single door in receiving are has not been repaired.
     • Corrective Action(s): Install tight fitting weather stripping (ex metal or firm bristle, rubber not recommended) under sing receiving door. Clean up all droppings throughout back area including (but not limited to): millroom, floor-wall join along wall opposite millroom, in shelving along same wall, in staff room. Set up more snap traps with snap end flush against wall. Clean and sanitize areas that droppings were found. Remove all materials/items that are not required for operation.

     • Corrective Action(s): Install a drying rack/shelf above the two compartment sink to allow for storage of the drying equipment. Due: 2 weeks
