- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Adequate handwashing stations not available:
- 1) There are two sinks in the front serving area, staff member indicated they don't use either of these to wash their hands. one of them has green dish soap present in squeeze bottle. Obtain dispenser for handsoap so staff don't need to grab and squeeze the old (and somewhat dirty) container every time they need to wash their hands.
- 2) Handwashing station in the back kitchen area was obstructed. There was paper and some price tagging device inside the sink. The sink did not appear to be used/wet.
- Corrective Action(s): Handwashing is critical to preventing foodborne illness. Ensure staff have access at all times to adequate handwashing facilities.
