- The operator did not have any test strips for the chlorine bleach product used as a sanitizer.Corrective ActionOperator took a photo of the PHI's test strips and will order some right away.

- The kitchen hand wash sink - there is no dispenser to hold the paper towel at this sink.The front service area - the paper towel dispenser was empty.Corrective actionPlease ensure that the hand wash sinks are properly stocked and supplied at all times - so that proper hand washing can occur.
- 24. Is solid and liquid waste being managed in a suitable manner?
- From the previous operator - outside at the garbage bins and the grease collection bin - cooking greases and oils had been spilt on the ground, outside of these bins.The new operator is aware of this situation and is arranging for it to be cleaned up next week.Corrective action - please email photos of the cleaned up ground area around the garbage and grease bins, when this work is completed.
