     • Hot and cold food holding temperatures were satisfactory , EXCEPT for the meats display cooler was 8 C.Staff explained that this cooler will be changed out this evening, once the technicians come to do this work. The new display cooler is in the lobby, waiting to be installed.Until this work takes place, keep the lid for the meats' display cooler closed as much as possible.
