- The glassware washer in the eatery area measured 0 ppm for iodine sanitizer. Repair the glass washer to dispense at least 25 ppm iodine sanitizer. Discontinue the use of this glassware washer and use the three-compartment sink or the other dish washer until it gets fixed.

- Rodent droppings were observed in the trays in the lower rack with bottled spices. All areas with rodent droppings were cleaned and sanitized during the time of inspection.

- Flies were observed in the eatery area near to the hand wash. The manager on-site mentioned they have a fly trap on order. Fly trap must be installed in this area.

- The paper towel dispenser in the family public washroom was empty. Paper towel is required for proper hand washing practices. Paper towel dispenser was restocked at time of inspection.
