      • Observation(s): Corrected during inspection - Dented can in food storage room. Can was discarded during inspection. Ensure all cans are inspected by staff before receiving/using.

      • Observation(s): 1. A couple of the cutting boards (small white board and wooden rectangular cutting board) are grooved. This makes it difficult to properly clean and sanitize. Please replace or resurface. 2. Ceiling in walk in cooler needs cleaning.
      • F2.5A All equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces used on the premises must be kept in good working order to ensure the sanitary handling of food.
      • F2.5B The premises must be properly constructed and maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition.

    • 14.1 - Are food display units maintaining proper food temperatures?
      • Observation(s): The cooler in the serving area(the dining room cooler) was at 6C at time of inspection. Upon looking at the temperature logs, the temps were between 5-8C. The cooler was turned down in temperature at time of inspection. Operator has mentioned that their are plans to replace the cooler.
      • 1 Observation, Low Severity of Consequences : Potentially hazardous foods must be held or displayed at a temperature of 4°C or colder.
