      • Alcohol (no label of it being a high-level disinfectant was observed) was being used to disinfect semi-critical devices. The solution was replaced with PREempt CS 20 (non-expired). The hydrogen perocixide was measured using test strips and the result was a pass.

      • Some single-use nail files/buffers in the drawer of an unoccupied station appeared to be used. The operator indicated that the staff who used the station did not throw them away. The operator then discarded them promptly.

      • There was a strong odor throughout the facility. The operator indicated that it is from the acrylic nail kit and they forgot to turn on the ventilation. The operator turned on their ventilation system promptly.
