- Some written policies were observed on site (beside sink downstairs), review to confirm consistency/scope with Personal Service Standard (include blood/bodily fluid exposure response etc).

- It was noted that some reusable cups are being washed in single stainless steel sink. Cups must be properly cleaned/sanitized; use commercial dishwasher or 3-compartment sink method (return cups to main kitchen or provide alternate facilities in spa area).
