      • Mould and water damage noted on and around tiles in women's shower. As per steam room issues, please provide plan to address water damage and mould growth by Sept 30/2025.

      • Men's steam room has musty smell and some signs of water damage (not as critical as women's steam room).

      • It was noted that women's steam room smelled musty and some visible mould was noted on grout. Additional ventilation/humidity may need to be removed from this area if thorough cleaning does not control smell/mould. **Inspection Aug/25 again noted mould and excessive moisture. Water damage appears to be on grout and behind discoloured tiles. A plan must be in place to correct mould and water damage; please provide the plan to our office by September 30, 2025.

      • It was noted that women's steam room smelled musty and some visible mould was noted on grout. Additional ventilation/humidity may need to be removed from this area if thorough cleaning does not control smell/mould.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Not available at time of inspection. Please confirm written policies are complete and if possible send copy to our office for review including updated anti-entrapment policy.

      • 1. Record steam room temperature daily and record on records. (Men's and women's changerooms steam rooms are currently out of order). 2. Ensure guests can see a clock from steam room or install a timer so that guests can monitor length of stay.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Written policies and anti-entrapment plans not readily available to staff. Ensure plans are used for staff training/standards and are available for reference. Past plans and anti-entrapment information sent to operator from files.
