- Quat sanitizer tests strips were expired since September 15, 2022. Provide new quat sanitizer test strips and test daily.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- 1) Cardboards were used to line the drink cooler. Remove cardboards and clean when cooler gets dirty.2) Coolers, freezers and food surface sanitizer were not checked daily. Check and record coolers, freezers and food surface sanitizer daily.
