- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): Corrected at time of inspection Dishwasher is to function properly to ensure there is a 50 to 100 ppm residual of chlorine sanitizer after rinse cycle. When tested, this was not the case and it appeared as if chlorine was not being dispensed into the dishwasher when the machine was being primed. Operator is to rewash dishes and use a manual warewashing method as described by the operator during inspection. Operator is to also contact maintenance to resolve dishwasher prior to use.
