- Observation(s): - The hot water temperature measured 55°C at the washroom sink used by the children in care. To prevent burn injuries, the hot water temperature that is accessible to the children must not exceed 49°C. *Corrected during the inspection. A staff person turned off the hot water at the sinks used by the children until such time that the temperature can be reduced or regulated.* - Medicated diaper creams were found accessible to the children in a washroom drawer. To prevent accidental ingestion or contact with eyes, medicated creams must be kept inaccessible to the children in care. *Corrected during the inspection. A staff person moved the creams to a locked cupboard.*
