- Observation(s): Observed staff washing their hands with their gloves on at the handwashing sink. Gloves are not to be washed and reused. Following proper handwashing procedures. Operator to ensure staff are trained to: take off their gloves, discard the gloves, wash their hands, and put on a new pair of gloves after a change in activity ie. from handling the cash register to handling food.
