- Alcohol based hand rub (ABHR) had expired and was removed from the facility at the time of inspection. Alcohol based hand rub (ABHR) can be used if hands are visibly clean. The alcohol-based hand rub (ABHR) must have an alcohol content between 60 to 90%, have an NPN or DIN issued by Health Canada and not be expired.
