      • HLD (PREempt CS20) test logs have not been updated since March 10, 2025.Ensure that HLD is tested and logs are updated daily in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.Update:The owner/ operator tested and recorded on HLD logs for some time and now waiting for new test strips to be received, meanwhile, HLD is changed daily.

      • Dirty towel laundry was not labeled to ensure separation between clean and dirty towels.Dirty laundry was labeled during the inspection to maintain separation between clean and dirty towels.

      • Re-processed equipment and tools were dried on towels, a porous surface that can retain moisture and cause contamination.Dry equipment on a smooth, non-porous surface, positioned to allow water to drain away. Do not use towels.
