- The QUAT sanitizer solution was measured at 100-ppm. There was no QUAT concentrate available during the inspection to create another solution. There were no test strips available on site during the inspection. The inspector informed the operator that an approval sanitizer solution and a respective test strip must be available on site prior to operations.
