Multiple German cockroaches were observed on monitoring glue boards throughout the stall.2) The basement shared food storage area with wire mesh storage lockers had a significant cockroach infestation. German cockroaches were observed on monitoring glue boards as well as free from traps crawling along the floor.Working with a professional pest control company, abate the infestation.

- 1) Sugar and semolina were kept in an uncovered plastic upright container.Action Taken: Staff covered the container with a lid.Recommendation: Please ensure all food items are covered to prevent contamination.2) A scoop was found in the flour bulk container with the handle in contact with the dry ingredients.Action Taken: Staff corrected the violation by storing the scoop in the scoop holder.Recommendation: Please ensure that only scoops with handles are used and store them with handles facing up to prevent contact with dry ingredients.
