- A few flooring tiles were observed protruding near the edge of the pool nearest to the entrance. Ensure that all wet traffic areas are maintained in good condition to prevent injury.

- Facility operator did not have a valid pool operator certification. Facility operator stated that he is registered to take the course on October 9-10, 2024.Ensure there is atleast one trained pool operator.
