      • Facility operator did not have a valid pool operator certification. Facility operator stated that he is registered to take the course on October 9-10, 2024.Ensure there is atleast one trained pool operator.

      • 1. Washrooms lacked soap and paper towel.Ensure washrooms are stocked with soap and paper towel, and they are maintained in a clean condition.2. The only shower lacked soap and a dispenser. Obtain and install a soap dispenser near the shower.
