      • The clock used to monitor the length of stay in the steam room is missing.

      • In men’s washroom:- The shower is not operational.- There is a hole in the wall near the sink with wires.- The soap at the shower area is running low, and gel-like residue was observed in the dispenser.Please address these issues. For the soap dispenser, ensure it is emptied and cleaned before refilling, rather than simply topping up.January 21, 2026 update:The hole has been covered. The operator indicated that the replacement part has been ordered. Gel‑like residue had formed in the soap dispenser as it was not in use due to the shower being out of service. The operator was asked to clean the dispenser prior to refilling.
