    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Surface sanitizer not noted on-site at time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer is provided.
    • 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Mobile set-up as per the plans provided to our office, however, water heater not working at the time of inspection. Temperature of water must be adequate for comfortable handwashing / food preparation.
