- Dedicated handwashing sink was initially blocked by a straining basket that was used to rinse food ingredients. The basket was removed during the inspection to allow for initial handwashing. Discussed an alternate location, perhaps to the left of the three compartment sink so that handwashing can be adequately performed at the sink and the sink itself does not need to be sanitized regularly.
