- All foods must be sourced from and prepared in a licensed facility. Hamburgers prepared in home kitchen were removed from facility at time of inspection.
- 8(2) A permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the food establishment.
- Food Establishment Permit must be posted in view of the public.
