      • 5 dented cans of coconut water with jelly were observed on the international foods aisle. The operator was informed, and he removed the dented cans. Please ensure stock is regularly checked for signs of dents and bulge to prevent the consumption of food that could have been affected by spoilage organisms.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The meat cutting area did not have a sanitizing solution during active food handling. The operator made staff prepare a sanitizing solution when informed. Please ensure sanitizing solution is made available when food preparation is in progress.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The Meals to go station of the facility had no paper towel in the handwash area. Operator was instructed to add paper towels to the dispenser. Please ensure handwash supplies is always available at the handwash station to facilitate regular handwashing among food handlers.

      • The drain system in the mop sink area at the back storage area is in disrepair (clogged). Stagnant water was noted inside the mob sink.Repair the mop sink drainage system.
